Re: 2003 Touareg 3.2 V6
We are still here installing and servicing LPG for those that appreciate our time and effort to do a good job. We service BRC, Prins, Necam, and all the AEB based systems plus many of the Polish systems. Apart from all the usual equipment, we also have an injector flow test rig and can test for unba...

Re: BEST LPG CONVERSION IN BIRMINGHAM
I'm sad to say I have seen worse than these photos. Most distressing thing is that the car owners don't realise that they have a poor installation. Come on people, would you pay a bricklayer who built a crooked wall or a painter who painted over your glass and brickwork when you asked him to do your...

Re: BMW 550i V8 - omvl or BRC or something else?
Is this 4.6 Beemer a Valvetronic model (likely it is)? If not, then it will be an easy conversion and a wide range of systems would give good results. If so, then I would be very careful which installer you have convert it. If you convert a Valvetronic engine with BRC, then if there is a bit of an ...

Re: Question for valve saver on Supercharged range rover
I wouldn't put anything less than a pumped multipoint system. Plenum side of the throttle will not suck enough on a vacuum system, you need it pumped. As mentioned above, you have no idea where the oil will go but you can guarantee it won't be evenly distributed with a single point. Your engine will...

Re: 2004 Transit Connect LPG not working!!!
The Transit Connect was factory fitted with a Necam Koltec system using the same injectors as fitted to Vauxhalls etc although the mounts are different. We have a specially developed kit to allow the injectors to be replaced without having to recalibrate the ECU which is impossible without the corre...

Re: any koltec injectors for sale
These injectors have not been manufactured for a few years now. I have seen second hand ones selling for £175 each on ebay. We have produced a kit that replaces the 4 injectors and filter for any cars fitted with the Necam Koltec system. The injectors we supply are flow matched with the originals an...

Re: RPM drop and surge on cold start
Has the system been serviced over the last 4 years? Any initial running issues should have been sorted at the first service and checked at each one since.
Contrary to popular belief, changing a vapour filter does not constitute a gas service. There is a lot more to it.

We did an SRT8 estate with a pair of 55 litre cylinders and relocated battery. Tanks stayed below floor so no loss of boot space and no cutting of any structural bodywork.

Re: astra dualfuel lpg switches back to petrol
If you have faulty injectors, the original ones are no longer available. We have sold hundreds in singles and sets when they were. We have now developed replacement kits for Necam Injectors. They have been fully tested for electrical and flow compatibility. This information has been posted on this f...

Re: UKLPG comments
So one of the main points raised here is that some non UKLPG approved installers are getting their conversions registered by forming a club because they can't afford to pay the £150 annual memership for an installer? Should someone who can't afford to pay this really be running a business and more i...

Re: BRCGB Sequent Fast Berlingo Problem
Check the water flow through the vapouriser by connecting a hose pipe to the inlet with the other side open. If you have good flow, then make sure the hot pipe (flow side) from the engine goes to the lower of the water pipes on the vapouriser so that it doesn't have an air lock in it. Another thing ...

Re: MG ZS with BRC fitted
If you had the system fitted, it should have a 2 year warranty from your installer. You are supposed to have it checked at 1,000 miles and then serviced at 12,000 or 12 months, whichever comes first. You need to be careful playing with the software if you don't know what you're doing because there a...

Have you set the ECU to semi sequential on the equipment type menu?
If you have and the times are still too short, you can reduce the gas pressure on the vapouriser to increase the opening times.

LPG Cars Ltd have been selling single replacements for several years. After a year of testing and development, we are now happy ...
