Re: Anyone owned a Subaru Legacy / Outback 3.0?
Hi, I have the Spec-B 55 plate. H6 3.0l
Done 50k in 3 years on LPG and no problems. Now on 109k
BRC cost £2,200 to fit.
BRC Multi with electronic Flashlube.
Get 300 miles out of a tank for around £35, and average 25-27mpg (according to computer) on gas.

I've been looking around and the MDS only appears on the 5.7l and not the SRT 6.1l Engine.

Re: Hemi
How do you cut it down to V4? Is that a factory config or 3rd party mod?
If it's only on the newer models, can it be done retrospectively on older models?
Thx.

Re: Hemi
I'm considering getting a 300c SRT8 as my next daily LPG car. (Or a Mercedes R-Class as I need to fit 3 baby seats in the back occasionally)
How is the LPG working?
What system and how big a tank can fit in the spare wheel well??
I often do 300 miles a day... Could I do this on LPG alone? (65mph on ...

Re: Cheapest motorway services yet??
Just checked it out. I have tended to update petrolprices.com (FUBRA) but as I see there is an android app, I will aim to keep it updated.
I also use WAZE as a GPS which offers fuel price updates.
Thanks.

Re: Cheapest motorway services yet??
I drive weekly between Central London / Portsmouth / Twickenham / Birmingham / wherever needed. About 3000 miles/month.
The services on the M1 - Leicester Forest (?)- seem a fair price.
M3 - Fleet Services - currently around 72.9p/l

Re: Considering selling car due to rediculous quotes
QED. There is a very good reason for that. I was describing a company and the documentation and T's & C's and some twonks kept pouring water on every post. So I decided to only deal with individuals who wanted genuine assistance.
You seem to have a lot of time on your hands spare.

Swiftcover insure LPG cars (professionally converted and certificated) without you having to notify them.
I currently insure 3 LPG cars with them.
End of.

Re: e car?
Some insurers have clauses that "they do NOT have to be informed if the car has been professionally converted and certified" as part of a standard quote. I have 3 lpg vehicles. PM me for the details as I detest flamers and trolls.
