I'm 52 now (getting old land feeling it lol) and expect to be able to run a vehicle on LPG during all my life. Maybe I'll also own an EV in future, I don't know.

Following Shell's removal of LPG pumps we were left high and dry in West Cornwall. Fortunately, someone in Redruth has recently installed a facility and is selling autogas @ 70p per liter. Happy days

As long as you are confident your lead is now good, then updating the firmware shouldn't be a problem. Its probabbly better to do that before you start trying to calibrate it etc.

I wouldn't bother with the lambda wires if they aren't already connected, they can cause more trouble than help, and ...

Have you set the new injectors in the software? Should be somewhere to choose what you are running

Update: I was advised by AC Stag to download the newer software and I was finally able to connect! Although my ECU was fitted in 2011, I'm still not sure if it is a 'stag premium' or 'isa1' because there is no other information on the label.
So, I've renewed all the gas pipes, replaced the Map ...

Hi Stu, I think your system isa2 maybe newer than my Stag 300? Do you have a pic of your diag plug, I'd like to see if it has the same pinouts /colour code as mine?

If so check your wire colours against the photo....

It is that one, but is not the same as the picture as the one they sent me doesn't have the 'extra' connector in line like shown in their picture ...

What lead have you got now? Wouldn't be trying to swap cables about unless you know it's a lead for the wrong system your trying to use.

My 3 wire works fine with my King AEB systems, even though the AEB ECU also has 4 wires in its diagnostic plug. I'm wondering why it won't work with the Stag, given the the only wire missing is the 12v+, and that 12v is fed from the Stag ECU to the laptop lead. Why would the lead need a 12v supply?

The usb box or lead is the same thing - its just the pinout thats different. Somewhere on the forum (and I can't find it as I can't find the correct search term to use) is a diagram for the wiring for the leads. I don't recall having the stub on my injectors (same type as yours) but as you say ...

Only the center two are a bit tight, cyl 1 and 4 are pretty good :-) There's a blanked off stub pipe at the end, which is a gas outlet on the rail, not sure what it's for but I'be always just blanked it off.

Yes, it's definitely tricky getting into tight spaces, and is a slack fit on the 6mm omvl injectors I'm trying, not sure if the spuds are 5mm but the new 6mm pipe seems tight enough once secured with mini jubilee clips.
