Stag Interface lead.

#1 Post by RobTheShirt »

Can somebody please tell me where I have put my Stag interface lead. :?
I put it somewhere for safekeeping and am buggered if I can remember where that safe place is.
Failing that, is there anyone in the Bournemouth area who can loan me one briefly to check my set up please? I can bring my laptop so that the lead never leaves your sight. (I'd hate to put someone elses safely away too).

PS Message to 'Clueless'. Thankyou in advance but your inevitable suggestion to bodge one from an invalid chair motor, barbed wire and double sided sticky tape will be regretfully disregarded.

my interface lead is usually connected to my usb to RS232 convertor. And, since I will only use it with the car, it tends to stay with the other 'car' leads.

A good place to look first is the drawer next the kitchen sink.

second, The collection of items that SWMBO leaves carefully in the garage where she thinks they belong.

otherwise try: In the sparewheel, next to the jack, chocks and other stuff.?

carefully attached to the stag outlet plug, with the wires neatly coiled around the air filter?

In the glove box or other cubby hole.

the favourite handbag. Be careful if it gets into a handbag though, they are known to be teleportation devices. anything placed in a handbag is simultaneously present in every other hanbag owned by the keeper of the first handbag except that it is never present in the handbag being looked in.

I dare not even ask SWMBO if she's seen it. I'd rather go the 'clueless' route.

and there. Have you any idea how many cubby holes there are in a Grand Scenic. I found one of the kids Christmas presents in one of them. Shame really. She'd have loved that kitten.

You're a braver man than me Gunga Din if you venture into those zones.
