I was wondering if we had a severe winter like 2 years ago does it affect the use of lpg driving.

Does the function of lpg stop below a certain temperature?

The only affect will be that you will probably run on petrol for slightly longer before the system reaches the changeover temperature. Ensure you have plenty of anti-freeze and that the cooling system is kept topped up.
