THE vacuum hose i menitoned earlier (on the adaptor plate) is connected to a pipe near the coil pack, this pipe then leads to the crankcase breather on the front of the engine.
demonicwillow wrote:Just been thru the whole thread so at least the plate wasnt attached to the manifold, so where is it, is it still on the car ?? has it even been off ?? cos if it hasnt then thats where the leak must be
Oh dear, that's another gasket he's got to buy or bodge......

After I have sorted the above I'm going to start drilling on my inlet manifold of my engine for my screws to go into from the gas lpg
And was wondering how you think my engine would run with 4 x 5mm holes in my inlet manifold for a few days until I get them threaded
It won't. Why not do what everyone else does? Take the manifold off, drill it, tap it and fit the nipples. Then put it back on and connect it to your injectors with the flexible low pressure LPG hose that Tinley Tech will by then have supplied you with?
Someone tell me again about the tank angle thing
When you say 30 degree which way round do you mean I should rotate the tank
Don't get on at him, at least it proves he's listening some of the time......

So the top of the multivalve is at the top. Get it wrong and your fuel gauge will read backwards, it'll never fill from empty because when it's empty the valve will think it's full and not allow you to put any in.

You might like to sort out the smashed/melted vapour box before you go to too much trouble with the tank alignment. You'll have to remove the valve from the tank to renew the box, which might be tricky for access as you'd chosen to put the tank right at the back.
Last we saw some parts had fallen out of the valve too, did you figure out how to reassemble or is a new valve needed anyway?

What are you talking about!
it is at the top
Whats all this about turn it at a 30 degree angle now it just sounds like a load of twaddle
Man a life!
Think I will just pop in to town tomorrow and put a fivers worth in the tank and see what happens

30 degree up from horizontal and facing the rear of the car

This is a safety issue.
Shortcuts and bodges are not acceptable for safety issues.
You might die.
You will be uninsured, since your insurance requires that you take reasonable precautions in whatever you do. Putting carrier bags over broken LPG equipment will not be considered reasonable precautions.
Please, don't let anyone else in or near your car.

So dose it mater how far away the jets are from the injectors
Like having a 1 meter hose
Do you actually have your LPG injectors connected to the nozzles that you drilled into the manifold.
If your asking how long the hose can be for these it sounds like you may not have your injectors connected yet, which means the injector nozzles are going to leak lots of air.
Why would you need the injectors to be 1m anyway ? thats 4m of LPG vapour pipe (assuming the correct type of pipe has been used).
