Hid ligths not originals not alloud at..or all your headligths must have some code that they are ok for xenon ligths..
Exhaust noise they use some device to see what noise it creates..iff to much no mot..
lpg systems fitted only by approved garage..iff not no mot..
And by the new law ...

I believe i done 1.. 2011 with 1.4vtr..with kme ecu and vaiporaiser omvl injectors..runs great .. just was a bit pain fit injectors becase airfilter box located directly on inlet manifold... i work with kme few years...

Need to check did your valvetronic system working i work on many bmw cars and when its not working in valvetronic mode without diagnostics hard to know..there is no engine managment ligth on... and you think its all ok..

My self have 3 cars.merc cl500 peugeot 607 3.0v6.. and bmw 735 with n62 engine.on long run on petrol 28 to galon on lpg 22/24 ..in town a lot...so for 545 i think not to bad..

I have removed catalytic on my bmw x5 4.4 because it callapse inside..
Can tell gain in mpg but x5 goes better.. x5 sounds same when working on idle...have in past golf mark 4 1.6 same thing catalytic callapse..when it was removed on idle or when you driving you have sharp noise from exhaust system ...

Very easy done 1.8 turbo...
Have done few kme nevo.with omvl dream injectors.. kme reducer or stag...
Runs great...on last one audi a6 salon i fit 120liter lpg tank in boot... decent size tank....

so finish my x5 4.8is
recorded what pressure holds reducer..
at very high revs a would say max revs
reducer pressure drops from 1.2/1.0 bar..
as first try i very happy with that reducer..

Looks like your main issue wrong setup...
Get someone who works with kme ...its not the systems fault
just settings ...
i got today car with brc system wich was checked by gas power for strange missfire wich they cant find fault..and owner was told nothing wrong with lpg system...
simple check with ...

Time can be started on modules again but you must have bmw software i use icom.
Im sure with tis and other you can do ...if you have inpa you must have rest off them..with icom very easy...

Hey hey me again

So after try fix exentric shaft sensor found piece of silicone in the sensor...problem fixed..
Next inlet and exhaust camshaft sensor faults that takes some times to find why i get codes short circuit to ground.or short circuit to positive..
Hard to believe but when i look thru ...

Well again me..
Story still continue
After try to fix ecu in couple places without suscces.
And a lot phone calls..looks like bmw dme nobody cant fix in uk..get tubbs advise call his polish mate.but same nobody touch car ecus..get few more numbers but nothing...
Decide to buy second hand set of ecu ...

i rang all car electronics,,they cant do bmw because when it get faulty he stores in some microchip info that is faulty,,and when they transfer info to other ecu it goes with fault memory wich do not let start the car,,,,,

so diging more order inpa sss wnkpf for bmw there is some option removing ...

Ok update..
Wich is bad..
Get new second hand dme and cas/ews ecu.fitted car wont start but it crank.no petrol injection ..so i have bmw icom conected to car faults are wrong chasis number in most ecus like lm.sim.gzm........etc..
still have old chasis number in rest ecu..
So problem who or where i ...

funny part was that it was not on uk lpg data base,,but owner think that it must be,,,lots of wires was covered with cooking silver foil ,,never seen that kind of wiring, lpg pipes was oil pipes .....,i done a lot of work on this car,it was all the time cut out on heavy load,not surprise 6mm coper ...

not to bad simon...still have big problem with bmw 735 ecu ,,,ecu is dead order one from lithuania dirty cheap for 175 pounds all set keys, ews ...etc...
there is another proper lpg conversion on top of the range car enjoy...
