Thanks Tubbs yes bled it out ok after I posted my question I temp re plumbed the reducer out of the loop and the short time I had to run it after it seems to have stopped the bubbles, will have more time to give it a good check in the morning

Hi I have recently suffered a head gasket failure on my V6 Frontera the heads have been pressure tested both heads were good, heads skimmed and replaced.

the heads have been replaced with all new gaskets etc but I still seem to have a problem of the cooling system over pressurizing I have checked ...

Mine has been doing this the last few days to Ross, I just put it back on to petrol for an extra couple of miles then it's right as rain again, as you have seen my injectors are stood up the correct way etc

As a previous customer of Profess I personally would not use them again.

Right done an auto cal and it has come up with a fault, saying gas injectors full open check lambda sensor at full engine load.

My lap top then crashed before I could do anything else, so the maps that I had have gone, there was no EML or anything and according to my OBD tester the lambda sensors ...

Right I have changed the nozzles back to 2.5 and reduced the pressure down to 1.4bar and done a re-calibration and run it for a couple of tank fulls of gas and it seems to be running ok but I think I need some help with the fine tuning etc, this is what I am seeing when I connect the laptop, as I ...

The coil is def different I checked on the owners site and when you look at it you can see the rubber seal on the top is smaller, and when you then look at the hole at the top of the plug tube it is smaller, the coils drop into the plug hole all the way down no resistance ...

Right I think the temp's I gave you last night might have been gas temp not vap temp I was looking at a very fuzzy video that was taken by my wife while I was driving but I wont be able to try it until later this aft as I am out of gas until I can go fill it up.
