Re: OMVL DREAM XXI - P1003 Reducer Solenoid Valve problem
Another update :) I remembered I had a dodgy old single point injection setup in the shed, had a look and the solenoid is the same :) but with different connectors. Tried it with some spade connectors, reset the fault code hey presto it all works!

Re: OMVL diagnostic leads with different plugs?
Yes those were the lines I was thinking too. I will give that a try and report back if I get a connection or not.
I dont think there is any power problems as such with the electrical side as my changeover button still lites up as normal and all lights do as they should, its just has a beeping alarm ...

OMVL diagnostic leads with different plugs?
A few years ago i had a Vauxhall Vectra v6 with OMVL dream XXI system and it came with the lead and software which all worked very well and helped me out with the few problems i had.
After that i bought a Audi A4 3.0 quattro, also with OMVL dream XXI lpg kit. When the Vectra went i kept the lead ...

Re: Necam gsi ford focus changeover problem. fault 66.
It doesnt appear to have a separate map sensor, like my omvl setup does, it just takes one vacuum from the inlet straight to the evaporator. I have checked for vacuum leaks. And there is a noticeable change when I take the vacuum pipe off the evaperaror, revs rise etc, and goes back to normal when ...

Re: Necam gsi ford focus changeover problem. fault 66.
Thanks for the reply. I have indeed been googling for hours for necam fault codes, necam lpg, fault 66, lpg fault codes etc etc, and found nothing. And I have indeed found that page in my first 5mins. But unfortunately that doesnt give me what I need hence starting this thread. I have double checked ...

Necam gsi ford focus changeover problem. fault 66.
A good friend of mine has just bought a 2001 Ford Focus 1.6 16v zetec with a Necam Gsi lpg system fitted. I'm not sure if its a factory fitted kit or aftermarket as I have no history on it.
The lpg wasn't working when he bought it, but has asked me to have a quick look to see if its easily fixed ...

Re: omvl second hand setup, pressure way too high??
Well thought i'd report back for a happy ever after ending :) i took the injector loom apart and discovered the polatries were different from volvo to vaux, apart from the odd ball cyl2, so took it all apart and redone how it should be, and all works perfectly :) calibrated up first time and runs ...

Re: omvl second hand setup, pressure way too high??
brilliant, thanks for the replys, i think the best thing to do is to open up this mini loom and see what we're dealing with. and if its not like the diagram above, make it so, or cut into the car loom as per pic as this will get rid of alot of un needed loom
