engine mangement on when on gas

hi all i have just fitted zavoli aeisla zetas on my 3.5 v6 espace 54 reg but when it turns onto gas i get a fuel injection fault but the car runs fine.when its on petrol i get no fault. please can anybody shed some light on this thank you

You need to read the OBD code from the car's engine management to narrow the guesses down a bit.
Have you even tried 'calibration' of the Alisei yet?
What was the problem behind your lights not staying on?

hi thank you for your response i have done a auto calibration with the zavoli software i will check today on my obd reader. Can you manualy calibrate the system?. I have got all the mapping on the screen and can change the values but i dont know what to change?

i have checked with obd reader and says that 1 2 3 4 5 6 injector circits are fault and can anybody tell me if gas injection time should be the same as petrol injection time please

It's getting offended because it's seeing something it isn't expecting on the petrol injector circuits. It may be that whatever your system is using to emulate the injector loads isn't close enough to the actual injector loads. When running on gas the petrol injector times should be the same as when running on petrol, the gas times should be longer but not by too much.

hi on tickover on petrol its 2.65ms and on gas it is 4.8 ms is that ok

There's something wrong with the emulation. I'd be suprised if it ran well with the petrol injector cut wires the wrong way round, but that is first thing to check. And whether the cut is on the + or - side of the petrol injectors.
You never did say how you fixed the turn-off-after-15-seconds issue, which won't help anyone else who runs into the same problem later. Give and take.

hi sorry should have closed other post i have got it running now the problem was as you described no feed from the coils and needed setting up because the coil impluse was on standard and it needed to be on week impluse.I now have the problem with the dash saying injection fault when running on gas but no fault when running on petrol.
