Rather than buy the programming tool, you may find it easier to get a programming lead for your computer. WTV (www.wtv-uk.co.uk) do one for £30.

Cheers for that but have looked into them already. as far as I can see the emmegas deg-103 v93 LC box I've got needs the 3 led tester and doesnt have a pc interface.
