Ok so im not a mechanic espicially when it comes to lpg but i can get by with diesels and petrol and appreciate anyone that could help.
My astra van is fitted with lpg from the factory and its doesnt switch from petrol to lpg it is constantly in petrol.
The red light on the switch just keeps flashing.
there is plenty of petrol and lpg in as i have put £20 in each today
when i flick the switch there is no clicking noise indicating the switch over so thought it could be a relay.
Ive not had it long and bought it with this problem for a reduced price and now its come to a point where theres no point having lpg if you cant use it. I would like to take it to vauxhall but ive been reading some of the posts on here and there just as useless as me. With it being christmas im trying to keep costs down too.
Can anyone give me any advise, thanks in advance
Ok so i have had a diagnostics plugged into the van and the code p0460 has come up
ive read that the code means:
P0460 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Input C-14
P0460 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Low Input C-14
P0460 Purge flow sensor circuit malfunction C-14
Where do i start? could it have other meanings too?
