recommended spark plug

My A150 Merc is due for a service soon, but I would like to change the plugs myself in between the service.
Which would be better then standard,

1. Bosch Super4 Plugs.
2. NGK Iridium Plugs.

Opinions please, if anyone has tried different plugs what were your experiences.

Iridium, or standard NGK with the gaps closed up a bit, although Iridiums will last gfar longer. Twin and 4 point plugs aren't so good for LPG as you can't adjust the gap. I've had a set of NGK Iridiums in a Saab 900 for over 40,000 miles.

Sorry, is that 1 set of plugs lasting 40K miles without change. If so i'll defo buy iridium

Yup, and not looking like they'll need changing for a while yet either. They are a bit more expensive than standard plugs (although there's not a lot in it if you compare with the multi-electrode jobs) but worth every penny.

I run NGK Iridiums and haven't had any problems... (in both my current and old cars)

Got Iridiums in my Suzuki and they've just done 52K

been using Iridium plugs for about 150k so far in my cars, NGk lasted about 20k whereas Denso Iridiums keep on going, had one set in for 70k and they are still going strong. More expensive but far superior
