OMVL STD vs FAST injectors

Can anyone comment on the service lifecycle/durability of the OMVL STD vs FAST injectors. I have been using STD and was told the FAST type are a better design that last longer. Just wanted to sound this out... What difference would I see in engine/mpg performance? 2.0L Rover.

The old std injectors were good at the time but with limitations as the minium opening time was 3.2 ms the fast ones are down to 2.5 ms and even lower if you want. If you are upgrading you want the blue coil injectors.
You also need to reprogram your ecu
the std injectors or 8ohm and are a saturated injector
the Fast injectors are 3ohm and are a peak and hold injector
