I have a similar problem with my BMW 523 auto (Prinz conversion)which was converted about 4 weeks ago. It has stalled 8 times in 1000 miles, either when moving off or once when on full lock. I notice that when I engage Drive using LPG, the rev counter drops from about 750 rpm to about 600 rpm at which point also I can feel the engine start to run in a slightly lumpy way. It's a critical safety issue if your car stalls when pulling out onto a busy main road. I'll be taking my car back to P&T autos in a few days time for its 1000 mile check up and am hopeful that the problem will be fixed by them / Prinz. To get round the problem I ease the revs up slightly with my right foot while keeping my left foot on the brake pedal before moving off. I'll let you know what happens after the 1000 mile check up. PS I intermittently get an engine management warning light up since the conversion.I guess this means that it's sometimes running either a little rich or a little lean oon LPG.
