Wont switch over to lpg

I have a vw 2005 touareg 3.2 v6 with a prims system fitted, now recently I had to remove my inlet manifold to change my thermostat housing where by I remove the 2 racks with each 3 sets of gas injector and left to one side did what I had to do and put everything back the same way in was before I removed it, but since I have done thing, I can switch my car over to lpg and then it will run rough then switch back to petrol, now this has happened before and I had to take it to a shop the guy said it has to be plugged to a computer to repair it and he seem to fix it in mins and then change me £120, can anyone advise me a way I could fix this problem myself ....?
