Lpg shut off

#1 Post by Spids66 »

Hi,
I want to remove my vapouriser from my Mitsubishi outlander to service it, it looks pretty straight forward except I can't see where you shut off the gas or is it best to just run it out.
Many Thanks Spids

It depends on the tank, if its a single hole type there should be a shutoff on it, if not then umplugging the rear solenoid will do the same thing, then run it until it switches back to petrol.

You will still have some pressure left, so when undoing connections do it slowly and let what's left escape, and keep yours hands away from anywhere it can drop on to.
