Where is there a shortage of LPG at fuel stations?

#1 Post by SteveMJ_new »

Hello Folks,

I am having trouble sourcing LPG :-(

I am in Hertfordshire and usually fill at the Sainsbury's off the M25 at London Colney, near St Albans. Their pumps were out of order recently and for the past week or therabouts they have had no gas. They said that there was a shortage. Another fuel station at Wyboston on the A1 south bound has been out of order for a week at least (I do not know prior to a week ago).

Has anyone any idea why there is this apparent shortage?

Thanks, Steve

Thank you Gilbert,

A clear answer and an outlook to the re-supply in that link. :-)
