Prins vsi

Hello all, been away a while due to family circs but now back, and am the owner of a prins vsi on a grand cherokee, was wondering how the switch operates, when it starts its either petrol or straight to gas, i thought there was a warm up period, can anyone enlighten me if this is correct or is there a way of changing this via the switch on the dash)

In software you can set the time it takes to switch from cold and time it takes to switch from warm and can assign temperatures for cold and warm. There's no way of changing those settings without the interface and software. The proper Prins software also needs a user key code (from Prins) before it will allow you to make changes to settings but knock-off 'BexPrins' software is available.

Ta for the info, think its been set to go straight to gas then, no bother as it works, struggles a tiny bit up hill under full load so im guessing a service is due, i dont think its worth buying the interface lead at those prices just for this one system, got loads of leads and a serial thingy so ill look out for a service agent nr cardiff area
