Judging from the tyres, it's probably not turned a wheel in those 3-4 years, never mind seen an MoT station!

i remember him buying it lol
unless hes fixed it but kept the straps as a styling option

Maybe I should have looked at the back of my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee mate.. Then again I didn't remember if later/earlier Jeeps had similar tailgate.
Thoughts being - Is it the LPG tank, petrol tank or both hanging down.
