Ooh, if you could only go up to 789mm x 360mm, I have lots of those for sale second hand but you'd need to change the valves (preferably) or buy adaptors as these all have forklift fittings.

Thanks Simon, I remember you mentioned those before.
I'm very tight on space but it doesn't need to be a big tank, 30-50 litres would be OK, so hopefully something will come up.

I know this is an older thread but i may have a suitable tank sat in my garage, think it's only a single hole from memory but if you're still after a tank i can double check.

Dave's tank was a bit too long so I'm still looking.
Thanks anyway Dave.

30" = 762mm,
14" = 355.6mm
Just thinking in case you only counted roughly in inches.. 789x360 wouldn't fit (roughly 31" x 14")?
Or measuring in millimeters might serve better than measuring in inches..

Thanks Simon yeah I should probably have put it in mm.
A 30" tank would just (only just) fit by modding the chassis a little bit.
I think there's a standard(ish) size 45L tank that's about 28 x 12 (inches again sorry) which would be ideal.

Tinley don't seem to have quite the right size, but anyway Simon, I thought you knew buying new stuff is against my religion when there's probably a s/h one lying around under someone's bench
As it happens I've finally found one - NOS and a price I can easily live with
Thanks guys.

Hehe, if I knew you were against buying new I must have forgotten.. I was thinking along the lines a little tank wouldn't be expensive etc.
Anyway, I'm glad for you your holding out has paid off. I know what I think a NOS tank is but you'll have a different definition of NOS (hopefully)?

Ahh thanks for clearing that up mate! I know you knew where I was coming from - nitrous oxide systems was the only thing I thought of that matched with NOS at the time but I knew that must've been wrong
Anyways, Oldskool and I have since swapped PM's regarding, er, intended application for this tank.
