The vaporiser make is omvl
and the system make is STAG 4.

Not familar with either of them as just have experience with BRC - and have heard PRINS is quite good also.

Whats peoples options on omvl and STAG 4?

As good as, if not better, than BRC or Prins......

Make of kit is pretty unimportant, it's how well it's been installed and calibrated.
