Quick question

Hi I have recently suffered a head gasket failure on my V6 Frontera the heads have been pressure tested both heads were good, heads skimmed and replaced.
the heads have been replaced with all new gaskets etc but I still seem to have a problem of the cooling system over pressurizing I have checked all I have checked compression's all good have done a cylinder leakage test and all cylinders are well within accepted range. engine runs lovely on petrol bit of a miss on lpg at idle.
My question is if the fault is in the lpg reducer, with the lpg switched off on switch on dash could the lpg still allow gas to get into cooling system resulting in over pressue.
LPG system is AC Stag Zavoli S reducer and Valtek 34injectors
Many thanks
