Pros V Amateurs ?

At present, there is no way of knowing if you are receiving good advice from a professional installer of many years standing or if you are being advised by some one who just dabbles at the odd conversion when reading replies on here. Would it be an idea for posters to put their credentials in the personal info box on the left of the replies, i.e, novice , professional of X years, DIY'er. ?

Except for me! Been a pro for 10+ years, been on the forum for 3 years, but there is apparently an issue which relates back to the fact that when I first signed up as a forum member I didn't post on the forum immediately. The issue means that all my posts still have to wait until they are approved by a moderator and my credentials don't show at the bottom of the screen.
I always sign off with the following...
Simon
Lpgc (website is
www.Lpgc.co.uk)

Thanks John_d, that's good news!
Talkingcars / Gilbert, a good idea but I'd rather stick with LPGC after making so many posts under that name. I appreciate your comments.
I know that it should be obvious that Simon LPGC and Lpgc.co.uk are all coming form the same person at the same company, but I've noticed a few misunderstandings with, I think, new Luke and old Luke. I'm used to posts taking a while to be approved, it's been 3 years! Maybe I'll wait and then be able to have the website details etc appear automatically under every post like other full members.
Gilbert with Simon Lpgc might have been poking a bit of fun though
