Their customer service has been mentioned numerous times before. If you want to buy something at the lowest price possible, use them. If you want to buy something from someone that actually knows what they are selling and how to treat a customer, use somebody else.

They are box shifters pure and simple. You order something, they send it to you (when they have it in stock). Service is not something that enters into it.

when i previously ordered from them it took a while to get my stuff, but they have since change their courier company, i have ordered a couple of times since and its all arrived next day.

I ordered a kit over the weekend and it arrived 1st May (yesterday) so as said, not next day but reasonable for the prices, although i have to say lpgshop.co.uk is looking good on prices and bought my tank from them with no issues and delivered on the day i wanted.
