Switchover From Petrol to Gas

I have noticed this past week that its taking longer before i kick over onto gas, usually it kicked over within approx 1/2 mile its now taking 1 1/2 - 2 mls before changing over.
Could this be down to outside temperatures, I'm new to lpg so not really sure what to expect.

Absolutely, its suddenly got a bit colder in the evenings, the mornings too. Mine is taking a bit longer to get up to temp. Always worth checking your coolant level too.

its all down to water temps
I had a std water rad on the car for a bit last week and it went over to LPG in under 2mins of starting the car first thing
with the uprated one back it its taking a few miles again

Sounds like your thermostat is inoperative, rad shouldn't come into play until after the 'stat has opened.
