well I am one of them people that like to play with cars
and engines making them go faster ect ect

after a few beer's I got my tools out

2 hours latter in the workshop

then

pistons an rods arrow rods

crank back from frozensolid

Block was also done

all build up with a new gearbox and atb diff fitted

started making it flow more air std

one been made bigger

now speed sorted out lets make it slow down faster
330mm x32mm with 4 pot's

then I found I could fit a 345mm x30mm kit under 17's so this is just as good for fast road use
as my Alcon 6 pot 343mm kit and less then 50% of the cost
rears have also been changed to vented rears at 292mm with custom made plates
a bit of cnc work sorted

new vs old

I do get some help in the workshop but he sleeps a lot

next stage is to fit a LPG kit to the car
started by painting the filler cap

and a shopping list like a boy racer has

I will do a update when i get the rest of the lpg stuff fitted

I am down in Hornchurch essex
the car started off with 192bhp when it was new then I have had it upto 329bhp and it will now do over 160mph

on a runway in england with a track day
if I do stick most of the kit in my self I have this car to copy

All done now

I will move some stuff around when the new inlet manifold is made as it will free up some space at the rear of the engine
when the car was up in the air it has had some R&D done to the rear bush in the beam on the back
gone is all the Rubber

and in its place a Block of steel with critical bearing

Will the Keihin injectors manage 80hp per cylinder?
Cool car though, my Zafira is a 1600. It's pants.

just makes it a bit harder
the car is going to change a bit more now
the head will come off as i am going to change the cam belt and i will clean it all up or i will use my other engine an build that with Arrow rods an std pistons
a solid flywheel an sprung clutch
and the turbo will get changed for a T35 turbo and i will see if i can get the lpg system to work with a omex710 ecu system

with the lpg system in the car is set up how i want it now with afr's are fine

got a few bits to fit to the car again
a sump plate off a police car

I changed the trim around in the car from part to full leather
so i needed to move the lpg switch

you would not know it was lpg now sitting in the car

new seats

the front ARB was changed from 21mm to 24mm

I am also playing around with the Dash looking to change the clock's from white to Black with 4 led's at the bottom of the fuel gauge for lpg or i mights just leave the switch in its new home under the ash tray
I removed the yellow filter on the card with sand paper now they light up with led's in blue or red not made my mind up yet
I also had a small water leak inside the car from the aircon drain getting blocked

and some of the lpg stuff is in the way to get to it from above in the engine bay its hard at the best of time so
think like the A Team
use some pipe work and a airline to blow the @!## out jobs a good one
vauxhall book time to fix it 12 hours my way 30 mins

I'd love to do some of those type mods to the engine on my Alfa. I'm sure 200bhp can be near doubled on a 3.0 V6. Then maybe mine will go off the clock too.

I read about it in an AROC magazine some years back, and there's not that much about it on the internet.
Here's a bit from a forum, and
here's a brief video, although wrongly described as a 75...
