Yo Tall Girl, cutting through the juvenile banter which always occurs when a woman appears in what is ostensibly MAN'S DOMAIN (adult scout hut?). The system you have appears to be a mish-mash of unsuitable components but that does not mean that it is beyond redemption. Assuming the install is safe you have 1. a tank & filler 2. a vapouriser & mixer 3. pipework, wiring, switches. What you now need is someone who can create a simple cheap & cheerful 'open loop system' for you. Beware of men who will tell you only 2000 quid will do! By the way, what are you doing Saturday? I'm only 4'9" but I'm a wiz at LPG. Regards Steve

I agree, Steve, this childish nonsense has no place on this highly intellectual internet forum.

Didn't I see you in The Lord Of The Rings?

I also agree with what you say about Tall Girl's Focus. It doesn't sound like there is too much wrong with it. After all, she is still driving it about, whereas my Mondea is a real pig with the stalling at junctions.

Speaking of which, the sooner we get this damn Focus sorted the sooner we can get back to the other threads on this forum.

That Banana Republic guy hasn't had one response, and I don't know what to tell him. Meanwhile my Mondeo sits there minus a manifold while I try to convince my supplier that the emulator is faulty. I pray to God it is faulty or I'm going to have to emigrate. Do you have a spare room Bill?

HEY, what's juvenile about trying to impress a chick?
Seems juvenile not to...

Come on over Brian! Although we may have a draft soon, and they'll send you straight to Iraq...
either that, or we'll be invading Canada soon, for their oil sands.

Can you and I trade places?

(I don't know what to tell our banana republic guy either)

I am sorry to say I am getting rather bored with the debate on naming shaming, freedom of speech etc. on this forum.

Basically the rules are there and if you do not like them to be frank I do not care. No one is forcing you to use this forum.

Hundreds of people registered and non registered have used it over the past few years without a problem.

So basically abide by the rules or leave.

Sorry to be so blunt but I am putting life into perspective this evening having just heard that a friend of mine has just died of cancer.

Hey Tall Girl;

Seeing as you're in North London, I know a VERY good installer who is in West Wycombe, ok, not down the road, but he's probably as close to you as to me and I'm happy to head over to him whenever I have a problem.

His name is Mike and he trades under a company called Chiltern Gas Cars. (Google it for their number).

Very helpful guy!

Rich

Hey Tall Girl, sorry for the delay in replying. They increased my medication when I started making sense. I'm in Liverpool, it would be a long trip in my Reliant Robin to try & solve your dilemma. Plus if the wife found out I would be more Bobbit than Hobbit. Hope you find someone who can provide a CHEAP & effective cure. Regards Steve
