1. still kicks up the cel light now and again when on gas.......error code... bank 1 system too lean(i have already tried enriching the gas mixture via the program slider now at 1.12
Can you post some photos with instalation of inj. please? Have you got them supply from both sides?
You not suppose to touch slider with adaptation on, is adaptation linked with OBD?
2.always tries to start on gas,i turned fast start off cant see any other settings, only way round it is to manually push the gas switchover button to turn the gas off before turning the engine off, otherwise take about 20 turns to start again
It's not trying to start on gas, it's flooding engine when you switching off, it means gas inj. are still open when car is off. Where did you tap in with ignition?? Is gas switch goes off as soon as you press "engine start/stop" button??
Red wire "ignition switch" should go on to red-green wire in car ecu.
3.my lambda readouts look odd stuck at basically zero 0.00-0.03 max at any rev range i have connected the violet wire to the black signal wire and the violet / black to the second lambdas black signal wire,no luck still the same even if swapped round,no errors on petrol so i assume the lambdas are working ok
Are you sure you've got right sensor? Connector and wiring for pre-cat lambda is on the back of the engine, connectors which are on top left side of rocker cover are for after-cat sensors.

It would be helpful if you save oscilloscope file from driving on gas when CEL light come on.(Plug in laptop, drive and then at the end save osc. file)

Hi thx for the reply hardcorepit80 i rewired the power to the ecu as you suggested and it seems to shut off fine now and restart with no problems, and you were indeed correct i had the lambda into the top post cat sensor wiring instead of the side lambda connectors, i'm now getting at least one lambda signal the other looks a little flat still.Seems to be running fine now with no checklight altho this only came on intermittently not always,i'll drive it for a few days and collect the map and get back to you. Thanks again man
