No bother. Do a latch reset though, disconnect the battery, touch the two terminals together, re connect the battery and then hold the revs up (2k) for at least 30 seconds. Let it tick over for a minaute and see what the computer says then.
Just give the engine a bit of time to learn, or re learn its new bit !

is this on both petrol and LPG, if it is then it could well be a blocked cat

only gets tested on petrol.

changed the maf and got a reading of 4.6

went in for an mot yesterday and failed for excessive blue smoke, they couldn't complete the emissions test because of the smoke filled garage

I would have thought a blocked would affect performance? she still pulls like a train.

I am a little confused now, you say it bogs down under acceleration but still pulls like a train!!!
If the MAf was goosed it would not pull like a train, also if the cat was blocked it would not pull.
This is all irrelevant now anyway as if it really has that much blue smoke coming out then i would say you have more pressing issues.

it was bogging down, I changed the maf and reset the ecu, 1 or both removed the hesitation, I can't see any smoke but 2 garages have said it smokes badly under acceleration, both garage got filled with smoke and the test had to be aborted both times.

change the oil for a thicker one, also put some oil additive in to help keep it thick, might get you through the MOT...
