I've had a look at emulators and found-
Aeb 62812700 - which has a trimmer and justs connects to the rails sensors signal wire.
Aeb 394 Jag Emulator - for x-type 2.5 v6 muitipont 02-xb(obd), no trimmer and connects same as above.
Ebay-http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190644167452? ... 1423.l2649 This one no trimmer and has 2 wires to signal.

Which out of the above 3 would suit a s-type 3.0 02?

Where is the best place to fit the Vapouriser and the ecu?

Whats the biggest tank i can fit in the boot, i need a min range of 300 miles?

Probably a bit late for my input, but:

go for a petrol bypass.
You have to take the inlet manifold off to drill and tap it safely; this means you have to take off the wipers, scuttle and brace bar, and gives you a lot more room to plumb in the vapouriser etc.
While its off you can change the plugs for more effective ones. The Platinum ones it came with might only last 12000 miles. I prefer silver coated plugs; they ought to make the coils last a bit longer. Iridium ones also are available.

Make sure you get fast injectors. For the S type you will need them to be reliable to about 1.5ms

Cheers, i fitted Iridium plugs at the same time. I fitted a emulator and the car would only be happy for about before having to adjust it again so i have just removed it and fitted a petrol return.
