Prins Problem - Be Warned

#1 Post by linsdav8284 » Thu Dec 12, 2013 2:45 pm

Just a word of warning re those travelling abroad with a Prins system. I was travelling to Turkey when my car jumped off from gas to petrol. I happened to be in Bulgaria at the time where there is an abundance of LPG installers and repairers. Unfortunately for me none of them could help me as they did not have the Prins faultcode software.apparently Prins limit this to authorised installers only. I contacted Prins HQ in Holland and they directed me to 1 of only 2 distributors in Bulgaria!! Prins was the only system that a multitude of installers did not have access to the fault codes.

probably in all east europe countrys you will not find prins installers easy, because of very expensive parts,, nobody intrested in prins there,, brc , romano, landi renzo, stag, kme ,, etc...you can find in most towns easy,,, but not prins,,,

yeah- you are probably correct. However I did find one 25 miles from where I was based in Turkey. Couldn't believe my luck - they spent 45 mins sorting the problem and charged me £10 !!
