Hi There,
New to this forum after spending a number of hours reading the posts on here and the excellent advise some folks give. I am no newbie at fitting lpg systems and have diy fitted 3 previous conversions. My latest conquest is on an s type 2.5, im fitting it with a dream xxi system that I have just bought. Now the first bit of bad news is ''yes it is a second hand system''. The reason for this is I am a typical Yorkshire man and do not want to spend more when I don't have too! However I did spend time making sure that I purchased a complete kit and all pipework will be new as I wouldn't want to trust old pipes. So the reason for my post is quite simple, the wiring diagram, I have searched and searched and cannot find a wiring schematic for the injectors. Unfortunately I was not able to remove the lpg kit and so am unsure as to which wires are for which injectors. (I know which are gas and petrol). I would like to take my time in fitting this kit and ensuring that it is done correctly as I don't like being embarrassed when asking for the certificate due to poor workmanship. The kit has been removed from a Vectra 2.5 sri and is still wired into that loom, so even a reference to the wiring colours on the Vectra's injectors would allow me to work the rest out.

Any help would be appreciated and I will upload pics of my install as I go. Im hoping to make a start this weekend but naturally cant do much without injector wiring lol

I can scan a wiring diagram for you.

What age is the Jag as some need a petrol return line fitting

If you continuity test two plugs. You can get the back and front plugs off without removing the injectors. Which ever of the two pins beep, use the other one. Because that's the common positive.

Classicswede - The Jag is a 2002 2.5 v6, I am unsure as yet whether it will need the fuel return I suspect it does.

Tubbs - Its the wiring for the lpg I need. Thanks though

Rossko - I tried that link as in other discussions but it seems dead. I was hoping for a working link or as classicswede has said for somebody who has one to upload or email me a copy.

I didn't manage to do any of the install this weekend due to the rain. If the weather is good it will be getting done this weekend though. I am sick of paying £120 for 400miles.

You could phone FES autogas; they may not know the webpage is broke.

Hi Guys,
Thought I would try again to obtain a wiring diagram. I have tried FES but no joy there with contact. I really don't want to attempt fitting this kit without the injector wiring. Basically all I need to know is which wire is for injector 1,2,3,4,5,6. Once I have this I can get the kit fitted. However should I not be able to obtain this diagram then its looking like another kit and this will have to go to the scrap men which is a shame as I know they are good kits.

It's the same base ECU and wiring harness as Zavoli, Bigas, etc etc.
