stako lpg system?

I 'm thinking about buying a ford focus with LPG, the lady selling it doesn't seem to know what kit it has, she says 'Stako',

anyone used a 'stako' system?

guessing thats the make of the tank and not the kit itself.

yeh the seller really doesn't seem to know what kit is installed....

is there any way i can find out with the license plate number?

Not really. But you could get her to take a pic of the dashboard switch and see if anyone can identify it.

unfortunately they're on holiday so no photos or idea of what LPG system they have....

but she did say it has had 7 owners??? that's rather a lot for 88,000 miles no?

depends, 88k in 1 year or 88k in 10 years? how old is the car?

i know folk who keep a car for a few month then sell it and move on to another so may be nothing to be concerned about, again it depends on the age of the car.
