Euro lpg ltd please share experiences
Euro lpg ltd please share experiences
Hi all,
I am looking at converting my range rover l322 with euro lpg ltd but cannot seem to find hardly any reviews about them. I can see that they have been around since 2010 and that they are on the lpg installers list. They fit good systems at good prices. Has anyone used them please?
I am also tempted by profess auto gas South Wales, however the fact that they are not on the installers list may limit my insurance options in the future, do you think this is true?
Many thanks
Alexgas

Tbh it seems to be getting worse and worse with the UKLPGA and insurance companies. I never used to bother, but I've ended up having to get conversions put on the register from years back recently. So all conversions come with UKLPGA registration now. Just so it's less hassle for my customers. I may be totally wrong but are euro LPG not that dodgy marelli installer from Northampton in a different guise ? As I say, may be crossed wires. Read it on here some time ago.

and do a search for Profess on here and you may decide there are other reasons to avoid. There are some satisfied customers but not with larger engined cars.

Re: Euro lpg ltd please share experiences
I had my Vauxhall Zafira 1.8 auto converted by Euro LPG April last year. They seemed to be a decent garage.I had no problems at all with the installation aside from a leaking flashlube container which I always keep the lube up to the brim whereas it should not be, after a reasearch I did, that the lid of the reservoir is vented so air can go out the container-that is now resolved-I always keep it on half full.My conversion comes with a two year warranty. It has a 63L lpg tank which constantly gives me 200miles in one full tank(around 52-54L).I have just been to the garage today to have my yearly service.Had petrol and lpg serviced for £209.If ever there is a concern you can always call the garage owner who will kindly ask you to bring in your car for a check. So far I have been to as far as Scotland(I live in Walthamstow) without having any hiccups and planning to go back this year.I hope this reply helps you in making that crucial decision.

Thank you for your replies. Euro lpg ltd are based in wembley. I have decided to go with them due to profess auto gas not being on the list. Euro lpg ltd are fitting a brc unit for £1600 which sounds good.
Re: Euro lpg ltd please share experiences
A good choice i would say. Hope it all goes well for you.
