I have been planning to install LPG on my 2.5L KV6 engined MGZS for a while - still not done it - yeah yeah, I know - anyway I need to do a bit of work on the car replacing cam cover and rocker box gasket so shall be removing the manifold so I would like to fit the injector nozzles while it is off, I may also get the coolant line elbows fitted at the same time as they will be easier to get to.
If I do fit the nozzles what it the best way of preventing air leaks until I fit the injectors?
Also what is the opimum nozzle size for this engine?
(2.5L V6 running just shy of 200BHP)

Re: Pre-planning for an instalation.
The nozzles in the manifold are usually the same size (M6 thread), it's the ones in the injectors that vary. There's nothing to stop you drilling and tapping the manifold and then put short screws in the holes to block them off until you come to fit the nozzles proper.

Drill your holes for the spuds, tap them, put the hose on and clips and put a tec screw in the end of each pipe.
