I would interpret the XL instructions as meaning (with the engine running at idle and switches set for 0-5V TPS - including switch 1) tweak the trimpot to find the balance point between on/off, then set back a little so LED is on, then check that blipping the throttle turns the LED off.

Thats correct
the red and green mixture lights alternate at tickover and at 3000 revs so that bit works ok ..its just the TPS part now ...
i set the sw5 to off and sw6 to on ... (-) res to make it work

Re: LPG / LAMBDA Help please
How I read it is you set sw1 on (configuration mode on) adjust your pot until the led isnt red or off, then turn sw1 off so its not in configuration mode, It says L3 LED red .... TPS BELOW THRESHOLD VALUE and im not shouting im just copying exactly how the destructions are printed
so the way I see it is you adjust the pot until the led is off or not red, and it should stay off.
Re: LPG / LAMBDA Help please
SW1 controls wether its setup by computer or manually by the switches , its SW's 2 & 3 that select the type of TPS and you turn the POT to make the light come on and when you move the throttle it should go out ...but it dosnt ...demonicwillow wrote:How I read it is you set sw1 on (configuration mode on) adjust your pot until the led isnt red or off, then turn sw1 off so its not in configuration mode, It says L3 LED red ....
