Just a couple of questions which may seem stupid to some of you. I've bought a multipoint system for my 1998 4.0se rangie and just want to make sure I fit it correctly.Ive got a tank for the spare wheel bay and it comes with a plastic tube ( no instructions!) I presume this is to vent any gas leaks to outside the car in the event of a leak but I don't want to cut a 3 inch hole in my floor without checking! also the cut injector wiring is labeled abcd etc. I take it that I can connect abcd to one bank of cyls and efgh to the other , ie I don't have to connect them in the firing order. I would think that when the injector if fired from the car ecu that the gas system ecu will activate that gas injector. Seems a silly question as I write it down but as I say, I just want to do it right first time. Thanks

It's an omvl kit. Looks like a good set up but the instructions are poor. I'm a fork lit mechanic so I'm confident fitting it. Just want to get it right first time

All the wiring is pretty standard. Injector cut wiring blue, red, green and yellow, with all the traces running back to the petrol ecu. And the injector plugs a,b,c,d down one side and the other front to back. You have two plugs that the injector wiring terminates to. So if you get the banks mixed up you can just swap them over. There is one more wire in the injector cut loom. Its a red with a white trace. Thats off number 1 injector positive. Just connect it up on both banks just in case.
