hi gary firstly i have emailed a direct reply to you .

The symptoms sound that a gas leak is present , either into and most likely through an injector into a cylinder or to open air either way it needs urgent investigation with a gas nose ( gas detector ) if your local to me then this can be done foc as its safety critical.

I am located in north gwent near brynmawr NP13 3JW for routing purposes

it could also just be over rich mixture causing similar symptoms , get it checked anyway urgently

regards John

IMPORTANT SAFETY ADVICE TO ALL WHO READ

IF YOU CAN SMELL GAS OTHER THAN IMMEADIATLY AFTER FILLING THE TANK THERE'S A PROBLEM WHICH NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT BY SOMEONE WITH THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT ( ALL GAS ENGINEERERS USE SNIFFERS MAINS GAS AS WELL WINK WINK ) .

I WILL DO A SNIFF TEST FOC FOR ANYONE WHO WISHES IT DONE .
