Look over my LPG settings

Im not sure if i've posted in the right section, as im not having any problems really, but I bought an interface cable just to have a nosey at the lpg ECU

My cars a 1996 Lexus LS400 4.0 v8, LPG is a KME diego ecu, valtek injectors, KME gold reducer

anyway ive took a screenshot of all the pages i could see.. one thing I have noticed is on that my lambda sensors dont look as if they have been selected as connected in the software, am i correct? and why?

The lambda doesnt have to be connected. Its better if you do and have problems, because the more data the better at that point. If you can see the lambda going lean and staying lean then you can adjust accordingly. But its not needed because the gas ecu follows the petrol ecu's injector timings. As they increase the gas timings increase and vice versa. So if you are happy with it, leave it alone !

Thanks for the reply, Yes I am happy with it, it all works fine, plenty of power and smooth with fairly decent mpg... average 20ish...

So basically the Lambda's are still working via the petrol ecu/injectors, but they just arnt shown on the lpg ecu? They should be working anyway, theyre brand new NTK Lambdas.

Yes, thats the long and the short of it. If the lambdas arnet working the petrol ecu will flag it up anyway. 20's isnt too bad from a big v8 afterall..

See they had a problem with the rev sense, hemi type engine ticked, wire not connected. Absolute bugger to get to the coil pack.

Yeah I did wonder that, stating its coil on plug for the 8cyl...

It has 2 coils for the 2 distributors... which are pretty easy to get to

is it a problem though?

No not really, yes easy to get to the coil's to unplug the ht lead but you try getting to the wiring ! Different story
