Installers

Can any body recommend an LPG installer in North Wales please? Old car's on death row. Is it economical to transfer conversion to new car?

you want an installer to remove your old 1 and put it in your new car? most (if not all) installers wont do it.

if your thinking about doing it yourself you have to think about the age if the components, will the injectors be able to cope with your new car (the nozzles might need drilled to a different size or replaced if they are sized), you'll also need new pipes hoses and more, not to mention a data lead to set it up.

Ok, the installers point of view. Taking a system off and leaving the car in a reasonable position to drive on petrol, if only to the local scrapper. A good few hours work at least.
Fitting the secondhand system onto the new car, requiring more bits generally, pipe, fittings, clips and tees at the very least. Somewhere in the region of £600.00 in labour. So you get it running, you can offer no warranty. You fit a new system with a 24 month warranty. A 4 cylinder system £1075. As they say, its not the parts, its the labour ! Its all pretty labour intensive.
