That is not a water pipe that is the control in the gas feed to the mixer.from the vaporizer.
and works in conjunction with the lambda sensor

Sorry one of the links did not work or it timer out .
use

http://www.landi.it/

one the very left hand side of screen you will find English click on that.
select product
chose 2nd option { product range}

top row select center one {LPG Mixer System]

go down to components

click on the components
the first is the LC01
the third the SE 81 sic
which is probably the one you have
the temp sensor is the component at 3 o'clock

my system spends most of it's time flashing the left hand green light slowly.
However it did 205 miles yesterday on 28 liters of
gas so I cannot see that there is to much wrong with it.

If, and it does seem almost certain looking at the switch and the controller, that the system is using AEB electronics, a slow flashing of the LPG LED means it has logged a fault. Faults are Lambda sensor not working, Lambda sensor lean too long or Lambda sensor rich too long. You need to be able to connect a computer to it to find out which. That should also allow you to tell it to ignore any temperature sensor and switch straight away.
