Well can a manual Flashlube kit get fitted on a turbo charged car ?
some said they cant get fitted on them I just wanted to know what thats all

Unless it can be fitted before the turbo inlet, but am guessing someone will know if it's possible!

Not that I'm aware of, as you say they rely on vaccum. Or that's what i was led to believe anyway. And so have always fitted electronic flashlube's on turbo cars for this very reason.

There's nothing to stop you fitting one, but it would only deliver lube at idle, not very effective.
On a normally aspirated car they're not wonderful, delivering most lube at idle and some at cruise - none at full throttle, but that's only brief periods. On a turbo you'd get none when say cruising on the motorway.

I have a non-electronic flashlube bottle fitted to a turbo engine and it definatley gets used up so must be doing something! Inlet manifold pressure will only be positive when turbo is producing boost under acceleration. So when cruising on the motorway at a steady speed the flashlube will be getting sucked in ok. Not ideal though as under boost the flashlube is at risk of being blown back up the pipe to the bottle. And make sure you use a separate connector on the inlet manifold for the flashlube. Don't 'T' it into the vacuum pipe for the pressure sensor and reducer like my installer did as the flaslube gets blown up the pipe into it all which is bad! Probably best getting an electronic kit to be safe. Bonuses of the electronic kit are that flashlube will be injected at all times when runing on gas (and proportional to revs), no flashlube will be used whilst running on petrol and you get an led to warn you when the flashlube is running low.

As stated above, positive pressure from the turbo most likely wouldn't be created just on cruise.
It's the same theory for brake boosters, turbo cars can still create a vac in the booster. But they usually have a 1 way valve so it doesn't get pressurized when turbo comes on and exceeds atmospheric pressure.
Get a 1 way valve in the line so the it isn't pressurized may be best bet.
