that's to do with vaccum pressure, i'd check your vacuum pipe for leaks or the pipe come off the sensor.

How can the Vaccum pressure be too low? surely it would be too high if it was a split pipe.

Not 100% sure but i would take a guess that it is the LPG pressure in the injector rail

Any suggestions for a fix assuming the vacume pipe is all good?
do I just up the pressure on the side of the vapouriser?

I thought that at first reading, so I went and looked in the manual, when it talks about collector it's on about vacuum pressure, they are polish so too low might mean it's near atmosphere and therefore not seeing enough pressure / vacuum.

Does it run on lpg, what vacuum and lpg pressure are you seeing at idle?

if i continue then it calibrates fine and it will run on lpg without cutting out or anything!! allthough it has stalled once or twice recently.

It's broke.
What it should read depends on the circumstances, you might see 0.35 or so with engine idling and 1.0 with engine stopped.
Have you changed the sensor type in the software settings perhaps?

If it "done 7000 miles on this conversion trouble free" why are we tinkering ...

"map is reading 1.16 steady" is telling you something is wrong. It should not read 1.16. It may not be anything physically broken, it might be a software setting changed or lost. If you wish to ignore it, that's your privilige of course.

A pressure reading of 1.16 is about right, a Vaccuum reading of 1.16 is wrong as Rossko says.
What is the gas pressure when running on LPG and what is the manifold pressure when on gas.

You've changed the battery so the ECU may have lost some of it's settings, check that everything is as it was.
