Hi, newbie here, hands up, I know very little about cars, even less about lpg conversion.
Currently got a Jeep Grand Cherokee, WJ, 4lt, T reg.
Gutsy on petrol from what Ican tell it's doing about 130 miles on 60lts of lpg. Is this ok or not
Does any body else have similar 4x4 and how much mileage are they getting?
I get 190-210 miles on 66 litres from a 4.0 litre Range Rover (I even get 180 miles with a 2 tonne trailer on the back!) so you definitely are using more than you should. As said, any idea what type of LPG system is fitted?

depends how and where you drive it, typically my Cherokee used to do about 12 to the gallon but it was a little bigger than normal and running oversize heavy mud terrains
I am thinking it will be a single point kit so i dont think its too bad, well thats what most Jeeps run put it that way

and I'm running a single point too, admittedly with a Leonardo controlling it, but I can't see a Jeep being thirstier than a Rangie. Similar engine size, similar weight, similar aerodynamics....

But the OP is doing less than 10 mpg now, 130 miles on 60 litres works out to 9.8 to the gallon. I get 12-13 mpg out of mine with a 4 wheel car transporter on the back.

Do you know what MPG you are getting on petrol - that will give you an idea of what you should be getting on gas if the LPG system is running well - with a 15-20% reduction - for gas?
