Probably but only you know. Seems that wiring is not your strongest point so check everything, every joint, connector, the lot. You may also have blown a fuse with all the fiddling around you've been doing. Did you takethe old system off or are you working around somebody elses bodge?

I havent touched the brown wire to the coil yet, was making sure it started first! The only thing ive done is the injectors, and removed some of the old system

I have removed the old ac sgi system which confirms the wiring mods i have made.
i changed the oil as it had dumped lots of fuel in it, tried in vain to start it and it did start but not for long it seems to be chuckin too much fuel in.
Im suspecting a leaky fuel injector!!
I am also getting a red car with a key flashing on the dash, does this mean I have an issue with the immobiliser??? how can I move forward with this??

I wouold say that is the immobiliser, yep. Your not having a lot of luck really!! For now I would be tempted to ignor the lpg system and put everything back as normal, even if its just in a tempary way. Has the battery got a good charge in it? Start with that as a low battery can upset the immobiliser, make sure the car will lock and unlock as normal. Put as much of the petrol wiring back to normal as possible and make sure it runs on petrol properly. If you didnt have a leaking injector before you started this, then is unlickly you have one now. You mentioned that there was no spark? That sounds like a good place to start. At the end of the day, you need the petrol to be correct before the gas can ever be set up.
We look forward to hearing that its running again! :D

Ive had the car running and it smells really rich, so I know the coils are working now, I took the injectors out and one was dripping while the others were bone dry!! I must confess I think I damaged the printle when I refitted them!! :( this is why I suspect the injector.

Sounds like you have found the petrol problem anyway. So I guess now you need to source a injector before you can get much further really. Bummer :(

Petrol injector in and all wiring soldered up and now she runs on petrol 8)
Got gas in the tank and the laptop connected it shows fluctuating numbers next to petrol injectors on the software + all 4 lpg injectors are green.
I have green light flashing on the lpg switch on dash too?
Gas wont switch on ??
I havent connected the brown wire to the coil yet so not reading an rpm so when I auto calibrate it says start engine, so im assuming this is why, im just worried about where to connect it and how.
any advise on next step would be greatly appreciated.

Why not connect it to where the previous system had it connected? What sort of ignition system do you have? One coil? Two coils? Coil pack? It needs connecting to the wire that doesn't have an ignition switched 12v supply on it.

A coil per cylinder then. Not sure why you have 4 wires to each, I would have expected no more than 3, 12v ignition switched, trigger and possibly ground. What colours are they? The 12v and any ground wires will be the same colour on each coil, the trigger will be a different colour on each one. It is the trigger you need to use.

Any coil, you just have to tell the software what type of signal it is looking for. You can check which wire has the 12v on it with a meter and you may also be able to see one with a permanent earth on it too. That narrows it down, look for the wire with a different colour per coil. If you get it wrong the worst that can happen is that the one coil you've connected to won't work.

To counter the nozzles too small error you can either drill them out a bit or raise the gas pressure. What it's saying is that it is having to apply too much correction to the injection times to get the mixture right. However, your map doesn't appear to show that. You need someone familiar with setting up the Stag ECU and that isn't me I'm afraid.

Am I correct in saying the nozzles are by the valetek injectors not the spuds on the manifold?? can I buy bigger ones, how do I up the pressure to compensate?

Yes, the nozzles are at the injectors not the spuds in the manifold but they would only need drilling out by 0.2mm at a time. The gas pressure should be adjustable on the vaporiser.

Definitely try gas pressure first, you can put it back where it was if it makes no difference (or makes it worse), something you can't easily do if you've drilled the nozzles.

The nozzles will be whatever size you ordered to suit your engine.
