This manual has better wiring schematics then the other
But try and translate anything ells like some of the components gives you dobble dutch

And I presume the things under that are our LPG injectors and on the bottom right those are the cars injectors

That diagram is for a V8, look on the next page for a 4 cylinder install. Other than the injectors, the rest is the same.
The thing that looks like a radio also looks remarkably like a battery....
The things under that are the petrol injectors and the things at bottom right are the gas injector rails (but as you are fitting to a 4 cylinder car, you'll only have one of them...)
Yes, the pressure sensor is the Map sensor and if you look carefully it even tells you where the pipes go.
You have some very odd looking microwaves where you come from, it looks more like a gas changeover switch to me, possibly because that's what it is.
That oval thing is the big aluminium oval thing you bolted (or in your case, should have bolted but you probably used tie wraps, chewing gum and a bit of wet string) under your bonnet, it's the vaporiser.`

and before you ask, blauw and zwart going to the vaporiser and the tankkraan are the blue and black wires that go to your tank and vaporiser solenoids.

thats an 8 cyl. you want 4

thats the plug that connects it to your laptop

Does this now make sense? I will eat my hat not only when it is running properly but when you post up a scan of the safety certificate after it has one because I honestly doubt it will ever get one.

To signify that you cut the grey wire off as it isn't needed and is not connected to anything.

No, the fuel gauge is in the switch that goes on your dash, it is the tank level sender that is driven from the gauge on the tank.

It is a loom with 4 male and 4 female plugs. You uplug the existing ones from the existing petrol injectors and plug these into the loom. Then you plug the other ones from the loom onto the petrol injectors. Just make sure you get them correct, cylinder 1 to cylinder 1, cylinder 2 to cylinder 2, etc.

The 4 wires on the lambda sensor are two white wires for the heater, the grey one is signal earth and the black one is signal output. The purple wire from the LPG system connects to the black wire on the lambda sensor so it picks up the signal output. Just strip a bit of the insulation off and solder the purple wire to it (as I'm sure you are aware that all wiring on an LPG installation must be soldered and properly jnsulated, twisted joints or crimp connectors will fail the safety test)

Which wires do I connect to the system
but of corce we need to know what bloody color wire connect to them as diagram dose not say

Well hear are the spare wires I have from wiring loom from the kit

blu blu/blk red red/wwt red/blk grn grn/blk yel yel/blk
Do they make any sense to you

And found a fuse for my kit
But not in the diagram above dose not have a fuse on


What this manual rely needs is a dam good wiring schematic
In any language we would all be able to see what was going on instead of playing inspector cluedo
especially when its in Dobble Dutch

That is the socket that you plug the programming interface into. The interface then plugs into your computer and you run the programming software to set the system up.

Yes, it drives the gauge on the tank which also provides an electrical signal to drive the gauge on the dash changeover switch.

You'll need to check with a meter but it looks like you have a wasted spark system so it is actually 2 coils in one package each driving 2 cylinders. With the ignition on one of the wires will have permanent 12 volts on it and you connect to one of the others to pick up the ignition pulses. When you set the system up using the adapter and software, you'll have to tell the LPG ECU what ignition system it is connected to.

No, that picture shows the gas injector rail which is already connected to the loom.

Of course it doesn't. Because if you had removed the kit properly you wouldn't need to know the colours, you would have the 4 male and 4 female plugs to connect to the injectors rather than a bundle of chopped off wires.

Probably because the manufacturers know that anyone fitting the kit would follow the Code of Practice which says it should be fused. The same as the fuse that you would normally fit in the blue wire feed to the solenoids isn't shown on the diagram either.

The diagram is perfect. It tells you exactly which wire goes where. Of course it assumes you have a full kit and not something that has been ripped out of a car by someone that hasn't a clue what is what.

The blue and blue/black, red and red/black, green and green/black, yellow and yellow/black are the connections to the four petrol injectors. Unfortunately as you've chopped them off rather than leaving the plugs on them, you have no way of knowing which pair goes to which cylinder. The red/white is for something else and you should know from the notes you took when you removed the kit from the other car where that goes.

That would be the part marked "15A" in the the diagram above. You must have spent ages trying to find something on it that hadn't been annotated in English for you, so that you could complain about the spoon-feeder.

you should'nt have any "spare" wires, do you think the manufactuer had some loose wire laying about and just decided to throw it on a kit?

the middle wire on the coil is the live, not sure about the other 2

Remember this diagram? You posted it and the colours all match.

By the way, your fuel gauge will not read correctly and the tank will not fill or empty properly unlss it is installed at the correct angle. Which it wasn't the last time you posted a picture of it.....

Are you saying i'm a wire short of a picknick and only 3 of my cylenders run?!!!??

I did but it got a bit damaged later on
One is marked in green with 3 pins making 5 plugs in total but it has no wires to it so I dont know what it dose


The colors for the above are as follows
first plug blu/red red/why yel
plug with 3 pins no wires
2nd plug blu/red grn
3rd plug blu/red red
4th plug blu/red blue


Dont know what this one dose


Its all wired up into the ECU but I dont see the cars ecu on the diagram

The answers are all in the diagram that you first posted here yourself, and has since been reposted again.
The strip of plastic with connectors on it is part of the scrap car you stripped, and did not come from OMVL.
The car's ECU does not appear in the OMVL diagrams, nor does it need to. The OMVL diagrams will not tell you the colour of the wires that are part of the car.
