I had a 99 reg honda accord vtec which was the first car i diy fitted a bigas kit to, I put 74000 miles on it, changed the gas filters and the plugs twice! the car never missed a beat, i think there was 138000 miles on it when i took the gas kit off it and sold. Only thing to watch out for, if you hear a squeaking sound coming from the front suspension, a ball joint is about to pop out, and it will pop out! other than that a great car, no problems with valves, emission lights, coils etc. good luck.

Honda (in common with most Jap engines) would normally be recommended for Flashlube fitting, to avoid accelerated valve wear.

no problems with the head, those engines are bulletproof, if fitted with lpg just make sure it has flashlube and it should be fine
