Countrywide

Just had my latest bill, and included with it the latest price rise ..:(

They say the RFD plus " a small wholesale rise" = 2 p/litre not including VAT.
I thought the RFD was max of 1p/litre this budget ??

Seems to me they are adding quite a LARGE wholesale rise .... :(

Total cost will now be 62.2 p/litre :( inc VAT ..

Yes 1p per litre on petrol.

I always understood that the LPG rate was proportionally less,
to reflect the lower calorific value in a litre of gas.

I hope someone with greater Knowledge will be along shortly to put us right.

The duty increase for LPG was 1.37 pence per litre, which leaves Country Wide with a 0.63 pence per litre rise in their price to make up to the total 2 pence per litre price rise.

Dont also forget that you will also be stung for an additional 0.35 pence per litre for the extra VAT
