PM is not immediately vis-able to people

They get stuck in my outbox and never get sent

they stay stuck in the outbox

untill they get read

if they dont get read
they remain in the outbox

thats how it works ..at least as far as i know

so if they are in the outbox ..they havnt been read

if they are in the sent box they have been read
